Dental Fees
Despite our above-and-beyond customer care, we follow the current ODA (Ontario Dental Association) Fee Guide in most of our general dental procedures. Thus, you can be assured that your general care will be charged at the average dental fee rate in Ontario.
For advanced dental procedures, we work hard to maintain our fees as competitive as possible as we understand that the patient’s budget for some complex care is vitally important. Our doctors are experienced in helping our patients to develop treatment plans and sequences based on their comfortable budget without sacrificing quality of the care.
We ask that payments be rendered as services are provided. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, and American Express. We also work with a patient financing company to help you budget your dental care. If you are looking for direct billings, we do work with another office in the Peterborough area that we can recommend.
Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance coverage, we ask that you be prepared to handle your account at each visit. We will send your forms via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to expedite your claims (Often your insurance company reimburses you within 2-4 days).
